Expert Witness: HGS was retained to proved expert testimony for a private landowner in southeastern Ohio.  The project involved mapping a 12 acre lake to trace the source of the lake bottom sediments due to contractor negligence associated with new road construction. Click hear to view photos

Phase I Environmental Assessments: HGS was retained to conduct Phase I All Appropriate Inquiry investigation under the New EPA guidance document in Ohio and West Virginia. Click hear to view photos for selected projects.

 Phase II - Tier II Site Assessment: HGS was retained to develop a work plan to conduct a site assessment to obtain a letter of No Further Action for a Former Truck Stop in Western Ohio under the BUSTR 2005 rules.

Solid Waste Landfill Permit Review: HGS was retained by a local government in northeastern Ohio to review a hydrogeology sections of permit application for a Construction and Demolition Debris Landfill

 Insurance Work: HGS was retained to conduct an insurance claims investigation in New Jersey for Gas Station leak affecting major city water supply because of Curt's background and licensing within the insurance industry.
